Certifying Task Assessment for SS Mantra III Robotics
Today I passed a "Certifying Task Assessment" comprising of Theory and Practical for SS Mantra III Robotics. The assessment includes various skills that one needs in operating a surgical PATIENT. Made me happy, however the reason to share this post is not to brag about myself but to share lessons learnt as an Administrator and Strategist.1) Indian Robots are as good as imported ones and are actually at half the cost. 2) Be Indian, buy Indian and this will tilt the pricing index of Robotics in favor of patients and healthcare. 3) When you train your people, train them as a TEAM with surgeons from Surgery, Urology, Oncology, Gynecology , Thoracic and Pediatric ... all inclusive. ( we are nearly 18 Of us who got trained) 4) Dont forget to train your Nurses, technicians, Physician assistants and Theatre Ward boys. 5) Take care of machines and instruments , if you want them to last long.6) Don't look at monetary returns , ROI takes time. 7) NO AGE IS A BAR TO LEARN NEW TECHNOLOGY AND TECHNIQUES. JUST DELEIVER THE TECHNOLOGY WITH TRUST
